So I went quail hunting with my father Friday morning the day started out great. I was coming down a hill on the quad i ended up slipping on a rock and rolled the quad over on top of myself. I went to urgent care when we came back to phoenix we were in hillside and 2hrs from phx. when I got there they transported me to the hospital via ambulance. I have scraps on my left arm, sever bruising to the left hip and pelvis and chest. iam home now and doing OK it really hurts to walk or put any weight on it. Iam going to use a cane to help. so i am not worrying about dieting at this moment just worried about getting better thanks for those of you who know about this all ready and your support
